Pairs, special needs, health issues or moderate temperament issues that need assessment outside of a stressful environment.

IMPORTANT: Some shelter/pound dogs, may shut down with stress, become unresponsive and do not present well, some may even growl or snap. These dogs are better assessed out of a pound/shelter/stressful environment once settled into care and I will rescue them when I can.
I'm happy to rescue from interstate and long distance.
I appreciate being notified of a dog in need of long distance rescue but pound dogs on limited time need fast help so please be quick! :)
This is a breed specific rescue and this form is to notify me of dogs in need.
If you are seeking a purebred puppy please contact your state member of the ANKC - Australian National Kennel Council and support ethical registered breeders. Be patient, don't give in to the more readily available puppy farm and backyard breeder dogs.
Be very careful too, look up 'Yorkie scams' and 'Teacup Puppy Scams' or you may get caught in the long running con that's been ripping off pet owners for years. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
